Happy Tuesday Learners!
I hope that you had a fantastic and safe Labor Day Weekend, and since today is the "Monday" of the week, I wanted to start that work week off on the right foot!
What I wanted to share with you today is a short video I found about a 12 year-old Nigerian boy who I think we can all agree shows insane levels of detail and talent for someone of his age! So why is that so many of us doubt our own potentials and abilities?
Well, Waris Kareem began to follow his passions with art when he was only 3 years old! It is through almost a decade of refinement and practice, that he has been able to rise to these impressive levels.
Instead of us looking at this story, and feeling like we missed our chance; that we are too old, or not talented enough. We should instead use this story, as well as other stories that inspire us to remind us that if we put the hard time and work in.
If we follow our passions and allow them to be nurtured and grow, who knows what we can accomplish over this next decade?
